· Customer is responsible for acquiring the appropriate Zapier license, at its own expense ;
· D&B explicitly does not provide any support for this external integration, unless agreed otherwise ;
· D&B reserves the right to make changes to the integration or to withdraw it completely from Zapier ;
· D&B retains the Intellectual Property Rights on the integration. Customer is not permitted to duplicate the integration or to reproduce it in any way.
