Altares Dun & Bradstreet ranks no less than twice in the top 5 of the MT1000 this year. The MT1000 is an annual survey among over 4,800 decision-makers, aimed at identifying the most valued service providers in the Netherlands. In the category Credit management, factoring, and debt collection Altares ranks third, and within Risk Management the company achieved a solid fifth place. โItโs especially rewarding to see that our clients value our work,โ says Marco Nobel, Commercial Director at Altares. โFor us, this is a confirmation that our way of working is effective.โ

Formation of MT/Sprout MT1000
The MT1000 survey by MT/Sprout and the University of Amsterdam is conducted annually among over 4,800 decision-makers. Providers are evaluated based on NPS and three dimensions: customer focus, product leadership, and execution quality. The ranking covers 62 professional fields across 9 main categories. Only companies with sufficient reviews are included, with recent experiences carrying more weight. This creates a reliable overview of the most valued service providers in the Netherlands.

Customer focus as a core value

Another side of this success is the collaboration with partners and colleagues in the market. โWe are in good company, for example alongside partners like ABN Amro and Allianz Trade, which ranks first in Credit Management,โ says Marco. โThat makes it even more special for us. It shows that we are part of an ecosystem of organizations that inspire and challenge each other to improve. Our results are therefore not only the outcome of our own work but also of the collaboration and trust our clients and partners place in us.โ
Looking ahead
In the overall MT1000 ranking, Altares is placed 89th this year. Marco: โWe are proud to have landed directly in the top 100 among so many big names. We also see this position as an invitation to continue innovating, keep listening to our clients, and further improve our solutions. Being recognized with two top 5 results gives us confidence that we are on the right track, but we know there is always room for improvement.โ
