The latest update of indueD introduces improvements that deliver higher performance and better insights into monitoring alerts. This allows you to work faster, more efficiently, and with greater control over your due diligence activities.
Faster and more flexible processing of ownership structures
Within indueD, it is now possible to separate the calculation of ownership structures, the so-called ‘shareholding chain’ and ‘shareholding graph’, from the due diligence process. This technical optimization ensures that both processes operate independently, resulting in more stable and faster processing, especially for large, complex UBO structures.
Users now have more flexibility with the option to start the chain calculation manually when needed, or to have it run automatically in all cases. This new setting can be easily configured by the Administrator in the Back Office under Display Parameters. If the manual option is selected, the indueD application will clearly indicate when a calculation is available.
These improvements have also been implemented within Portfolio. A new enrichment of the entire portfolio no longer triggers a chain calculation, reducing system load and allowing actions to be executed faster. At the same time, logging has been enhanced. In the Settings Logs the use of Light Reports, automatic calculations of ownership structures, and the display of hybrid entities are now also recorded. This provides greater transparency in system usage and configuration.
Greater insight into Dow Jones Alerts
For customers using Dow Jones as a screening partner, the display of alerts has been further improved. When a Screening Alert is received, it is now immediately clear which changes have occurred in a profile.
In the Alert section of the file, a hyperlink has been added that provides access to a detailed overview of all changes within the Dow Jones profile. On a single screen, you can see the date, type of change, category, and content of the update. This makes it easier to quickly assess relevant changes without additional searching.
What this release means

Voor gebruikers betekent dit dat werkzaamheden, met name bij complexere structuren, consistenter en overzichtelijker verlopen.
