Altares Dun & Bradstreet and the Chamber of Commerce (KVK) have signed a service provider contract. As an official service provider, Altares Dun & Bradstreet thereby gains access to the most current and comprehensive set of Commercial Register data.

Closer collaboration

Over the past week, Altares Dun & Bradstreet and the Chamber of Commerce (KVK) have entered into a service provider agreement, further expanding the existing collaboration. With this renewed collaboration, the privacy interests of registered entrepreneurs and the importance of legal certainty for entrepreneurs are brought into even more precise balance.

Privacy and regulations in sight.

To be officially recognized as a service provider of the KVK, parties must comply with very strict conditions in the areas of privacy and legal certainty. These conditions relate to the requirements for data security, conducting audits and privacy impact assessments, the reuse of data, and the transfer of KVK terms to end-users.

Always the most up-to-date data for customers

As an officially recognized service provider, Altares gains access to the most up-to-date and comprehensive services from the Chamber of Commerce (KVK), including new real-time services. This allows Altares to always be immediately informed about changes in the Commercial Register, such as new registrations, legal form adjustments, and changes in officials. These changes will be processed immediately in Altares' products. This development contributes to the timeliness, data quality, and legal certainty for all Altares customers.

"Altares Dun & Bradstreet and the Chamber of Commerce (KVK) have been working together for decades. As an officially recognized service provider, we are now taking the next step in our collaboration. The data from the Commercial Register is a crucial raw material for our Risk, Compliance, and MDM products. With improved agreements on privacy and legal certainty, combined with more up-to-date data and an increase in quality, we are ready for the future."
