Rotterdam, 11 augustus 2023 - Smart Profile, also known as Computer Profile, a provider of in-depth data on the automotive and IT industries, makes a fresh start under the aegis of Altares Dun & Bradstreet, a market leader in business decisioning data and analytics.

The company was founded as Computer Profile in 1996 by Michiel Alkemade, changing its name to Smart Profile in 2019. Over the years, Smart Profile has specialised in data collection, serving the automotive and IT markets. Their products and services now complement Altares Dun & Bradstreet’s offering. Michiel Alkemade will continue to oversee this business unit.

The cohesion between the products and services of Altares Dun & Bradstreet and Smart Profile is obvious. Smart Profile and Altares Dun & Bradstreet have collaborated for many years, with Dun & Bradstreet data, including the DUNS number, being at the heart of their data process.

New opportunities, the same trusted service

Smart Profile’s current customer base will continue to have access to the same products and services. The operation will not impact service continuity, meaning customers can continue to rely on the quality and customer service to which they are accustomed.
